Kashi's Heart to Heart! Sure, it may look like dog food:
but it's really good and has this healthy and honey taste. Look how some are shaped like a heart, how cute! As far as cereals go it's kind of pricey, but there's something to be said for enjoying cereal that doesn't change the color of your milk. It may be three dollars for a small box but that's still only 50 cents a serving, not counting milk. The only problem is that it doesn't keep me full for too long and I think I'm lactose intolerant because after cereal my stomach feels odd for awhile. Can you develop lactose intolerance? I never had problems with milk before. Hmmm...

I found that I had milk intolerance in college, before that I had never had a problem.
I find I can have organic with little trouble but Lactaid type milk products are much better, the complex sugar is broken down for you and easier to digest.
You could always do rice cakes with peanut butter. That is one of my favorite cheap and filling breakfasts. With raisins or blueberries sweetens the deal. And my sister-in-law developed wheat and dairy intolerance in her late twenties, so yeah, it is totally possible. The gene that makes us able to drink milk is a mutation anyway, being intolerant is actually more normal.
Bunny!
I hope I didn't develop lactose intolerance, cheese and ice cream and lattes and etc.
Chelsea!
Rice cakes with peanut butter and fruit actually sounds like a really easy and filling lunch. Thanks for the idea!
