Because Bad is Good, So So Good

I've been trying to eat well, you know, no HFCS, home made, locally grown, blah blah blah blah blah. I don't know that I feel better or healthier but it's been fun trying new foods and making things from scratch. I like this newer way of cooking and eating but recently I've been craving some bad, bad food.

Ever had a hankering for some bad Chinese? You know, greasy, saucy, one note chunk of meat and sweaty rice? Mmmm~ Had that for lunch the other day with some soda! The other day, for dinner, I stopped by Sheetz and had their onion rings, steak and cheese and, again, soda! Their onion ring is epic! One of the best thing I have had recently is...

Mac and cheese from the blue box! Well, not the blue box but the Wegman's version which was like twenty five cents a box! Mac and cheese from the box is by far the best kind of mac and cheese. I've had the "gourmet" kind and I've made several versions but none of them taste as good as the cheapo ones you make with the glow in the dark orange powdered cheese.

Well, at least I made it with some organic butter and milk!

goddangit! now I WANT Kraft Dinner. >_<

How do you eat yours? I like to add extra processed cheese and a lil bit of ketchup with mine.

I had a craving for this the other day. My dad used to make it the best. No milk just a ton of butter. And sliced hotdogs. With ketchup. Don't judge. My mum's homemade version is so much better, but sometimes you just crave crap foods.

Mac and Cheese with ketchup... I never even thought to put ketchup in mac and cheese. I'll be honest, it doesn't sound appealing but I thought the idea of putting tuna in mac and cheese was really gross but it was actually kind of good.
